Yes, at 21st Century Pools and Spa's we offer complimentary year-around in-ground pool estimates so it is never too early to start planning your project.

While there is no need to base your custom inground pool on an average, the majority of the inground pools we install are 16 feet by 32 feet.

Each city or town has their own barrier requirements.  It is your responsibility as the homeowner to satisfy these requirements. 

We require a down payment to begin your build and then we agree to a payment schedule.  We have convenient and flexible financing options to help you start enjoying your inground pool sooner.

Any large features you add will impact your price the most.  These include water features such as grotto slides, large waterfalls, shade structures, swim-up bars, inground spas, etc.  Extensive decking and hardscaping can also greatly impact the cost.

It can be expensive to add a water feature to your inground pool after it is built.  It is best to predetermine how you will use your pool and pre-plan water features so that plumbing and electric can be run while in the construction stage.

A pool can increase the value of your home but you shouldn’t consider it a direct transfer.  In other words, building a $40,000 pool doesn’t equate to a direct $40,000 increase in the value of your home.  The value of your pool should be determined by the years of enjoyment and memories your family will get out of it.
